Your new company

As HR Business Partner, you will join a leading provider for early years education and care. Your new office is located in Dublin North and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will act as an advisor to operational leaders, providing expert guidance and support across employee performance, engagement, people management and wellbeing. You will play a core role in ensuring that HR policies and practices are embedded in the daily operation centres. Additionally, you will provide line managers with HR expertise on employee relations and internal investigation. You will also use HR data and insights to support continuous improvements and support with any ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience with a strong grounding in employee relations and HR operations. Excellent working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policy implementation is essential.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements and propose and implement solutions is required. You will have a proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion, along with the ability to communicate information to others. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills with the ability to deliver results is essential.

Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel to centres.
