With significant government backing and a strong growth pipeline, the organisation is committed to creating sustainable communities while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the organisation’s People & Culture strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders and business units, you will provide practical, solutions-focused HR support across the full employee life cycle.
You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition activities. This role also involves coaching managers, handling employee relations matters, contributing to HR projects, and supporting the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. You will collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure a high-quality and consistent HR service across the organisation.

  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, and HR best practice
  • Experience leading recruitment campaigns and working within talent acquisition
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Experience using HRIS systems (experience with BambooHR desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience within a public sector or semi-state environment, along with exposure to audit and governance processes, would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will have the opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation making a meaningful impact nationally. You will work within a supportive and collaborative HR team, with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key people initiatives.
The role offers:
  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • Strong opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact organisational projects
  • A supportive, inclusive, and values-driven working environment
