Your new company

Your new company is a Semi-State Body based in Dublin. The company is growing and looking for you to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The organisation is conveniently located and easily accessible via public transport.

Your new role

As HRBP, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a range of programs in the areas of performance and probation management, employee retention, compensation and benefits, HR Governance and ED&I. You will be the first point of contact for line managers and colleagues for all HR-related matters and liaise with external Recruitment Partners as required.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you must have at least 3 years' experience in a business partner role. It is important that you have had some exposure to payroll and HR software systems. You will also be a good communicator with the ability to positively influence colleagues. You will have strong attention to detail with good decision-making ability.
