Your new role
Responsibilities Include:
- Drive the execution of people strategies that enhance performance, capability, and long-term business growth.
- Lead on employee and labour relations, providing expert guidance on performance, conduct, and legislative compliance.
- Support and coach leaders on effective people management, workforce planning, succession, and retention.
- Partner with senior management on reward, compensation, and organisational design matters.
- Enable continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and management capability building.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–10 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role, ideally within construction, engineering, AEC, or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge across core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment law
- Proven ability to influence and support senior leaders in a matrixed or project-based environment
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
