Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders and managers to deliver the company’s strategic and operational objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence people strategy, support organisational change, and ensure best-in-class HR practices across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, visible role requiring regular engagement with leadership and site teams, where you will balance strategic input with operational delivery in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Drive the execution of people strategies that enhance performance, capability, and long-term business growth.
  • Lead on employee and labour relations, providing expert guidance on performance, conduct, and legislative compliance.
  • Support and coach leaders on effective people management, workforce planning, succession, and retention.
  • Partner with senior management on reward, compensation, and organisational design matters.
  • Enable continuous learning and development by supporting training initiatives and management capability building.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5–10 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role, ideally within construction, engineering, AEC, or professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge across core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment law
  • Proven ability to influence and support senior leaders in a matrixed or project-based environment
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion
