• Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business objectives
• Lead and influence people-focused transformation and change initiatives
• Manage high-volume and complex HR programme activities in a fast-moving environment
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes
• Coach and challenge stakeholders to enhance leadership effectiveness and accountability
• Support and guide organisational change across multiple business units
• Adapt priorities and approach based on evolving business needs

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
• CIPD qualification is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrix organisations
• Ability to interpret complex business structures and contribute to commercially focused HR solutions.
• Confident in driving change, challenging thinking, and problem-solving in real time
• Experience in fast-paced or transformational environments (retail experience desirable)
