You will be a CIPD-qualified with a third-level degree in Human Resources. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior HR role. Proven experience working with employee representative bodies. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters. Energetic, motivated, and collaborative self-starter. Comfortable working across all levels of the organisation.

Your new role
As the HRBP you will:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business and leadership teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
- Lead the design and delivery of impactful training and development programs for leaders and employees.
- Coach and guide people managers in using performance management tools to align individual goals with business objectives.
- Provide HR support to employees across multiple entities.
- Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals for both the HR function and the wider company.
- Deliver comprehensive reports across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development, ensuring alignment with employment law and internal policies.
- Promote positive employee and industrial relations, resolving complex issues and grievances effectively.
- Drive initiatives focused on retention, attrition, performance management compliance, headcount planning, and employee engagement.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Support recruitment planning and workforce strategy to meet future talent needs.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Management.
