HR Administrator - Dublin West – Up to €38k DOE
Your new company
Your new company is a well-established, privately owned organisation with a diverse portfolio of successful businesses. You will be joining a supportive HR team that plays a key role in driving people operations across the business.
Your new role
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, shortlisting CVs and coordinating interviews
- Managing onboarding processes, preparing contracts and new starter documentation
- Liaising with payroll on employee changes such as starters, leavers, and leave requests
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating internal systems
- Coordinating probation reviews and supporting performance processes
- Assisting with employee relations administration, including note-taking for meetings.
- Supporting wellness initiatives, training administration and internal programmes
- Conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to stakeholders
- Contributing to HR projects and wider business initiatives
- Some travel involved to other sites around Dublin & ROI.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in HR or a related business discipline
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law** (Essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks & a proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work

Salary of €36,000 - €38,000
21 Days Annual leave (Increases with service)
