Your new company
Your new company are a leading building and civil egineering contractor working across several industries. They are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their in-house team.
Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Working closely with the HR Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes are in line with best practice.
Requirements
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including visa applications, reporting and onboarding.
- Prepare HR documents such as letter and reports.
- Coordingate with other dpeartments such as payroll and finance on reports and update accordingly.
- Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in HR projects and process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR Adminstration or Office Administartion expereince
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Office: expereince with HRIS is an advantage.
