HR Administrator - €35,000 - €45,000 DOE - Dublin West

Your new company

Your new company are a leading building and civil egineering contractor working across several industries. They are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their in-house team.


Your new role

Your new role will involve supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Working closely with the HR Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery of HR processes are in line with best practice.


Requirements
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including visa applications, reporting and onboarding.
  • Prepare HR documents such as letter and reports.
  • Coordingate with other dpeartments such as payroll and finance on reports and update accordingly.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in HR projects and process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous HR Adminstration or Office Administartion expereince

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in MS Office: expereince with HRIS is an advantage.
