HR Administrator – Up to €43,000 DOE - Kildare

Your new role

As HR Administrator, you will support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a varied administrative role where you will work closely with HR colleagues, managers and employees to ensure accurate records, smooth processes and a positive employee experience.
You will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, coordinating documentation and supporting compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

Your new role

  • Provide administrative support across all HR activities, including onboarding, employee records and contract documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR systems
  • Assist with absence management administration, including sick leave tracking
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data is submitted on time
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures
  • Coordinate HR documentation related to leave, benefits and employee changes
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
  • Assist with general HR projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in HR administration.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and employment administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
