Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will provide essential support to the HR function, assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of HR operations. This is a newly created role offering an excellent opportunity for a developing HR professional to gain broad exposure across HR administration, systems, and recruitment.
This role is fully office-based with standard working hours between 08:30–16:30 and 09:30–17:30.Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating the Time & Attendance system, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date
- Investigating and resolving system-related queries and liaising with employees and team leads to ensure correct use
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment processes such as scheduling interviews, posting job advertisements, and managing candidate communications
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries and escalating more complex issues where appropriate
- Following up with team leads to ensure timely completion of HR-related activities
- Supporting continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with systems and managing data (HR or Time & Attendance systems desirable)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop within HR
- You will be a highly organised individual who is comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
