Health Economist

At Hays Specialist Recruitment we have a great opportunity for a Health Economist to join our Pharmaceutical client in Dublin on an initial 12-month contract.
As a Health Economics you will join the team of HE team and you will be responsible for:
  • Leading the development of an HTA submission for NCPE
  • Developing and agreeing with the Republic of Ireland pricing strategy and engaging with external stakeholders to gain insight into the access environment and support the HTA submission where appropriate
  • Coordinating a strategy and submission package for the pipeline product in Ireland to secure reimbursement
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure delivering successful outcomes arguments and HTA submissions in the appropriate therapy area
Qualifications Required: -
  • Knowledge and experience of decision analysis, economic modelling, health outcomes and quality of life assessment
  • Graduate calibre, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in health economics
  • Track record and demonstrable experience of delivering successful outcomes arguments and HTA submissions, preferably in Ireland (NCPE) but will accept experience in the UK (NICE and SMC)
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
