Head of Sales to join a longstanding Galway business

Your new role
As Head of Sales, you will lead the commercial strategy across digital advertising, branded content, and partnerships. You’ll manage a sales team of 5, develop innovative revenue models, and build strong relationships with media agencies, brands, and direct clients. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing the digital sales strategy
  • Leading, mentoring, and expanding the sales team
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key advertisers and partners
  • Identifying new revenue streams including programmatic, native, and affiliate opportunities
  • Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align commercial goals
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven track record in digital media sales.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial acumen
