Your new role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance to join our leadership team and play a key role in driving the continued growth and success of the business. Reporting directly to the Directors, the successful candidate will lead the finance function, oversee a growing portfolio of clients, and provide strategic financial guidance across the organisation.

  • Lead and develop the finance team, including the Senior Accountant.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Review management accounts, statutory accounts and cashflow forecasts.
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients and Directors.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
  • Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships


What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualified accountant.

  • 8+ years' finance experience, ideally in practice or professional services.

  • Proven people leadership and team management experience.

  • Strong financial reporting, tax and compliance knowledge.

  • Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills.

  • Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Excel and accounting systems knowledge.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
