Head of finance opportunity within an FTSE 250 listed company – Permanant - Dublin Central - PCF 11
Your new company
This global financial services company are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join their Dublin office, reporting directly to the Ireland CEO and working closely with the UK based CFO.
This is a key role within the business and will drive growth across the Irish entity.Given the nature of this role, only those with the minimum required experience will be contacted for screening. If you do not have the necessary requirements listed below, we may have future suitable roles.
Your new role
Overseeing a team of 5-6 direct reports, you will drive daily finance operations across your business.
You will be responsible for :- Management of all financial controls and operations
- Statutory and regulatory compliance adherence and reporting
- Assist with the design and implementation of relevant controls
- Partner strategically with the global board, representing the Irish business and facilitating growth
- Ensure annual returns and financial statements are complete
- Oversee the team growth, development and recruitment where required.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum requirements :
- Fully qualified accountant
- Previously PCF11 held post
- Experience working as a head of finance, board member or finance director within the financial services industry
- Advanced presentation skills
- In depth knowledge of Irish regulations and legislation
Desired
- Previous experience working within a FTSE 250 or FTSE 350 FS organisation
- Exposure to motor financing or leasing
