Join an expanding Cork-headquartered dynamic organisation as its Group Facilities Manager.

Your new company

This is your chance to join a forward-thinking property group with a diverse and expanding portfolio of commercial and residential assets across Ireland and beyond. From bustling shopping centres to vibrant urban living spaces—including one of Cork’s most iconic retail destinations—this organisation is committed to operational excellence, sustainability, and community impact.
With a strong base in Cork and properties spanning multiple regions, the company offers a dynamic environment where leadership, innovation, and strategic thinking are valued.

Your new role

As Group Facilities Manager, you’ll take the helm of facilities operations across six shopping centres and a range of residential complexes. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll drive strategic planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class service across all sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic & Operational Oversight: Develop and execute a group-wide FM strategy, covering maintenance, building services, and operational efficiency
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor facilities teams and contractors across multiple locations
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure full regulatory compliance, oversee inspections, and promote a safety-first culture
  • Financial Management: Control budgets, service charges, and procurement of service contracts
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with tenants, residents, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Sustainability & Innovation: Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

You’re a seasoned facilities professional with a strategic mindset and a hands-on leadership style. You thrive in multi-site environments and are passionate about delivering operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally across mixed-use portfolios
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and Irish compliance standards
  • Proven ability to lead dispersed teams and manage complex operations
  • Budgeting and procurement expertise, including service charge management
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant qualifications (IWFM Level 5+, IOSH/NEBOSH, FM-related degree)
  • Full clean driving license and willingness to travel across sites

What you'll get in return

  • A senior leadership role with real strategic influence across landmark properties
  • The chance to shape FM operations in one of Ireland’s most dynamic property groups
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • A collaborative culture that values innovation, sustainability, and service excellence
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
