Your new role
As a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the Valuations & Advisory team. You’ll support senior surveyors in delivering high-quality valuation reports for a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, banks, developers, and private clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on valuation engagements, negotiations, inspections on all types of commercial property & land.
- Landlord & Tenant and related areas, including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
- Providing clients with robust, well-considered valuations and reports.
- Undertake independently, or assist with, completion of valuations to the highest professional standards.
- Contribute to the periodic review of team processes and procedures.
- Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider group.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree (or expected degree) in Property Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline accredited by SCSI/RICS.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
A full clean driving licence is preferred.
