General Operative – Semi-State - South Dublin-based

Your new company

Your new organisation is a Semi-State Utilities Body that are responsible for some of Ireland's Key infrastructure. They operate nationwide in conjunction with 31 local authorities along with multiple construction stakeholders. They have offices located nationally and are consistently expanding across several regions.

Your new role


The Water and Wastewater Operations team is responsible for the regional delivery of water and wastewater operational services through the operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of the treatment and network assets.

The Water/Wastewater Network Maintenance & Repair Operative has an area remit and is responsible for supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and repair activities across the water and wastewater network infrastructure in a safe manner.

Out of hours working will be required and appropriate overtime and standby rates will apply.

What you'll need to succeed

Requirements:
  • A full clean B driving licence
  • Safe Pass
  • Manual Handling
  • C Licence is an advantage.
  • Abrasive Wheels is an advantage
  • SLG is an advantage.
