Salary: up to €70,000

Your new role
As a General Foreman on site, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction sites. You will be leading the team on site and ensuring all duties on site are completed.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and supervising all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Managing site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Leading and motivating the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably in residential construction.
  • Experience leading teams on site.
  • Capable of dealing with subcontractors and teams on site.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driving licence and the ability to travel to various sites as required.
