Your new role

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality control and address any technical or operational challenges promptly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role within commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• A proactive approach to managing teams and resolving issues on-site.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to Mullingar
