General Foreman - Midlands - Commercial projects

You will be joining a well-established Irish building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the country. Your new role
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce.
- Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain quality control and address any technical or operational challenges promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role within commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- A proactive approach to managing teams and resolving issues on-site.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel to Mullingar
