A foreman or working foreman is required in Co Sligo on a residential development.

Site Supervisor / Foreman / Working Foreman

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Foreman / Working Foreman for a large residential development in Co Sligo. Candidates should have previous residential, commercial, retail or fit-out experience in Ireland. An immediate start is available. The location would suit someone in the North Mayo or Sligo region.

The Role and Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Ireland working on large residential projects or similar.
  • Trade background would be an advantage.
  • Supervising subcontractors and labour on site
  • Overseeing all aspects from groundworks to finishing stages and handover.
  • Ensuring quality of the finishes
  • Liaising with the clients, the engineers and the architect when required.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience within the construction industry in Ireland

Remuneration:
  • Remuneration will be negotiated at offer stage with the successful candidate.
