Your new role

Your new role on this particular project is to be based in Dundrum for 12–16 weeks to bring a new store through its finishing stages. It is likely you will be enlisted for further projects thereafter in and around the Dublin area.

You will be the main site manager on the ground 5 days per week, with a project manager covering all of their client and paperwork interactions. You will ensure the trades and subcontractors are progressing, by the programme of work and ensuring the job is completed in a professional and safe manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• For this role, you will need prior supervisory/management experience on site and be competent with internal fitouts from a management perspective.

• Coming from a trade background, is sought after but not essential.
• Having strong man management skills and being able to manage various site trades is required.
• Experience with internal finishes / fit-out is imperative.

What you'll get in return

In return for this, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will have autonomy in your day-to-day.

You will be solely responsible for the on-site progression and left to your own devices.

You will be paid on a daily rate whilst only working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. This day rate is between €250 and €400 per day. Depending on a PAYE or self-employed setup - good money to be made.
