Lead finishing works on a major cleanroom fit out & extension project

Oversee cladding, roofing & final detail delivery

Ensure quality, safety & programme deadlines are met

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors & client representatives

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale builds

Strong knowledge of cleanroom/industrial fit-outs is an advantage.

Excellent organisational & communication skills

Ability to drive finishing standards to handover

Working with a leading contractor on a high-profile project in Ringaskidy
