Internal/Finishing Site Manager - North Dublin City or South Dublin Locations - Hourly Paid with Overtime

There are several companies currently looking for Finishing Managers at present, In different Dublin locations. (South / City Centre and North Dublin)
These roles are a mix of hourly / salary paid roles, with organisations being quite flexible.
The organisations specialise in planning, managing and delivering detail-focused, high-quality projects for their clients. They operate across a range of sectors, including Commercial and Residential builds, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial and Data Centres.
There are several active projects underway that require Finishing Managers to join their team and assist the contractor to communicate and deliver projects of the highest standard with an emphasis on safety, sustainability and quality


Your new role

In your new role, the projects requiring support range from large mixed-use developments to / Apartments and Commercial/Educational space
This position can either be paid on an hourly basis or through a direct salary.

As a Finishing Foreman, you will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing and managing challenging projects.
This position is for an ambitious, experienced carpenter/foreman looking to progress their career. You will have excellent communication skills with a proven record of working and managing (be it small teams) on projects within the Irish / UK construction industry.
You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will drive the project by managing and supervising trade staff as well as all subcontractors.
You will be supported in your role by other management members within the organisation and career progression is very available. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established main contractor / developer with a pipeline of works for the next several years.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this position, you must have previously been in a management position with a construction contractor.
This can be as a lead carpenter / working foreman or finishing foreman. And ideally with more experience than just one-off domestic builds.
Coming from a carpentry trade background, it is sought after, while having a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for the management of trades. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have a high respect for on-site health & safety. This role will suit a long-time carpenter / working foreman or someone experienced in a Foreman / FF position over the last 5+ years.


What you'll get in return

In return for the above, you will work for a construction main contractor/developer who value their employees and offer a clear progression path to more senior management levels. They have a great reputation within the industry and have very strong senior management in place - delivering high-profile projects.

You will be paid either by the hour or on a salary Hourly rates are in a bracket of €28 to €38 per hour, inclusive of overtime.
(typically 45-50 hour weeks - good money to be made with overtime etc). This would include PAYE OR Self-Employed setup.
In terms of an offered salary, this would be in the region of
€70,000 to €80,000And would come with a vehicle/ travel. Pension / discretionary bonus is also typically offered.
