A lot of these projects consist of high-end residential apartments (150–650 units), Data Centres and high-end commercial space.

And requires several finishing managers and section managers across several of their build projects.

Your new role

Your new role is on a 120-unit residential build and commercial office space. It is based in Dublin 8 and has 6–12 months left until completion.
It has been managed and built to a strong standard and the site requires extra support to ensure the project program remains to be handed over on time.
There will be other management on this project and, as a finishing manager, you will be responsible for all finishing and sign-off elements.
Upon completion, you will be moved to one of their other large-scale projects (several locations available).

This position can either be paid on an hourly basis or on a direct salary.

  • In order to be successful in this position, you must have previously been in a management position with a construction contractor. This can be as a lead carpenter or working foreman, for example.

  • Previous, large-scale residential experience is important.
  • Coming from a carpentry trade background is advantageous but not essential.

They have a great reputation within the industry and have very strong senior management in place - delivering high-profile projects.
You will be paid either by the hour or on a salary.
Hourly rates are in a bracket of €30 to €40 per hour (typically 45-50 hour weeks - good money to be made). This would include PAYE OR Self-Employed setup. This would also include time and a half etc.
