Your new role


As a Finishing Foreman, you will take ownership of the final stages of a significant healthcare development, ensuring that all finishing and fit-out works are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating multiple trades, managing schedules, and maintaining strict quality control throughout the finishing phase. You will work closely with site management and subcontractors to resolve issues quickly and keep the project on track. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver premium finishes in a fast-paced environment.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on large-scale projects.
  • Strong background in fit-out work, ideally within healthcare or commercial settings.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional finishes.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with site management and subcontractors.
  • Experience of managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Competence in maintaining site records and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Familiarity with modern fit-out materials and installation techniques.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Valid Safe Pass and other relevant certifications.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
