Your new company

This market leading organisation in the entertainment and event management industry are looking for a personable and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their team at their Head Office based in Dublin City. This is a great company to work for, with a supportive and flexible work environment and great benefits. This is a contract for 18–20 months to cover maternity leave.

Your new role

• Coordinate audit and lead the preparation of annual Financial Statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Provide support and leadership to Accounts Payable and Receivable functions – 2 people
• Month-end tasks – reconciliations, VAT returns, Fixed Asset rec
• Prepare deferred revenue and future performance obligations reports
• Support with SOX disclosure pack preparation
• Manage the CAPEX budget and support monthly forecasting to ensure alignment with financial targets and strategic planning.
• Prepare and manage cash flow reports.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Review monthly and fortnightly payroll runs.
• Support ad hoc analysis and financial projects as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant with 5 years plus PQE
• Must have experience working in industry to be considered.
• Experience in the hospitality or retail sectors would be a big advantage.
• Must have a stable CV with longevity in roles
• You must be based in Ireland with full working rights.
