Your new role

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, year‑end financial statements and audit files.
• Ensure the Finance team delivers a professional, accurate and timely service to all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate an in‑depth understanding of the Site’s business environment, processes, systems and controls.
• Oversee and develop operational and commercial reporting across the facility.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the use of Group IT systems, improving controls and streamlining reporting.
• Provide financial leadership on strategic projects, supporting the senior management team.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, controls and decision‑support.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be a Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• 5+ years experience in a financial or management accounting environment, ideally within industry or manufacturing.
• Strong technical accounting skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
