Your new role
As Financial Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing and administering financial and budgetary processes. Reporting to the Director, your duties will include:
Assisting with budgetary submissions and income/expenditure schedules.
Preparing and processing estimates, quotes, and invoices for courses, sponsorships, and other revenue streams.
Liaising with the finance office on invoice coding and debtor management.
Drafting agreements to support income generation and service delivery.
Preparing income forecasts and financial outturns for review.
Supporting the development of business strategy and financial sustainability plans.
Ensuring compliance with financial and procurement procedures.
Leading communication with legal, finance, procurement, and advancement teams.
Maintaining income tracking systems and cost analysis frameworks.
Managing revenue streams, including pricing, diversification, and benchmarking.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administrative or financial support role.
Knowledge of financial systems and strong IT skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on your own initiative under tight deadlines.
