Your new role
You will work closely with the Financial Controller and the Managing Director with a key focus on preparing accounts for one of the company's entities and supporting the business with insightful financial management information. The information and analysis you provide will influence business decisions, so you are really at the heart of the business to maintain its success.
- Prepare monthly financial and management accounts.
- Provide KPI reports to support decision-making.
- Work closely with the MD to provide Ad Hoc reports.
- Work on forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare Year-End Financial Statements.
- Generate budget variance reports.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and financial analysis.
- VAT, Intrastat, and PAYE.
- Review and manage Stock figures.
- Fixed Asset Register.
- Work with the External Auditors.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be a Qualified Accountant, ACCA, Chartered ACA, CPA or CIMA.
- It's important to demonstrate strong communication skills so you can become a future leader within the business.
- A good level of Excel as you will be working with large volumes of data.
