Systems and Finance Manager - Louth – Opportunities for - Up to €110,000

They are now recruiting for a newly created role – it is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the financial systems landscape in a business where continuous improvement and operational efficiency are at the heart of success. This role will evolve and change over time as they are succession planning for senior leaders in the future.

Your new role

You will take full ownership of the organisation’s financial systems, ensuring their integrity, optimisation and ongoing development. Acting as a key link between Finance and Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate data, robust reporting and efficient transactional processes.
You will:
  • Lead the administration and optimisation of the company’s ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting to support analysis and strategic decision‑making.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance and adherence to accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Safeguard data integrity across all financial information and systems.
  • Drive process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and streamlined financial operations.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, improvements and troubleshooting, ensuring Finance always has the tools and insight it needs.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Full accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a plus.
  • Other strong systems and implementation experience may also be considered.
  • Strong financial reporting capability and analytical skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation and lean finance methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Must be located in Ireland with full working rights
