From finance to operations, every team member plays a vital role in maintaining standards of excellence and adapting to shifting market needs.
Your new role
• Lead month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation
• Deliver management reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with tax and legal standards
• Own and oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, payroll validation, and treasury activities
• Implement and maintain internal controls and cost management initiatives
• Lead centralised purchasing and cost-saving strategies across departments
• Act as the primary finance contact for Ireland, providing strategic and operational support
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to align financial goals and reporting standards
• Manage corporate tax and VAT filings, including liaison with relevant authorities
What you'll need to succeed
• Fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong financial accounting experience that relates to the job description
• Excellent at building robust relationships with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of general and cost accounting, with familiarity with taxation principles
• Being highly skilled in ERP systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
