The business is undergoing significant transformation and expansion, driven by increased infrastructure investment. This is a newly localised role, transitioning from part-time UK-based support to a full-time Dublin-based position, offering excellent exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to grow into a more commercial finance role.

Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you’ll join a small finance team based in North Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Financial Controller, you’ll support core finance operations including audits, VAT returns, reconciliations, and monthly management accounts. You’ll also contribute to financial projects, liaise with international finance teams, and help drive improvements in internal controls and compliance. The company recently rolled out a new Oracle system, with Ireland leading the pilot, so system experience is a plus.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Qualified Accountant with 3+ years’ experience
  • Strong background in compliance, internal controls, and multi-entity reporting
  • Solid understanding of Irish financial legislation
  • Experience with Oracle is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working across international teams
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Eagerness to grow into a more commercial finance role
What you'll get in return
  • Competitive salary: €60,000 – €65,000 with flex for the right experience
  • Hybrid working model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
(Initially more time in-office during onboarding)
  • Flexible hours: 37.5 hours/week, core hours 10am–4pm
  • Pension scheme (newly introduced)
  • 25 days annual leave with option to buy/sell days
  • Bike to Work scheme
  • 15 days work abroad flexibility (with approval)
  • Enhanced maternity & paternity leave
  • Supportive, international team culture with regular team lunches
