Your new role

As a Finance Business Partner, your job will be to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting key decision-making across a portfolio of projects. You will work closely with directors and operational teams to improve financial performance, provide commercial insight, and ensure strong financial governance.

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights on project performance
• Monitoring budgets, costs, profitability, and identifying risks and opportunities
• Supporting pricing, bids, and commercial proposals through detailed modelling
• Delivering forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• Managing working capital, including billing and WIP
• Contributing to financial planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role
• A background in a project-based or professional services environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and Excel skills
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
