What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in finance or accounts support, ideally with exposure to property or real estate finance
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Excel and property finance/accounting software (e.g., Yardi, Sage, or similar)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
