Fabric Technician – On-Site role – €40,000 - €50,000 (DOE)

Your New Role
You will join a leading facilities management client as a Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician, working on-site in South Dublin. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and adaptable individual (carpentry background is advantageous). This role is for someone who can support a wide range of maintenance activities across a busy site.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Complete carpentry work, including repairs, fittings, and general upkeep
  • Support general building maintenance, including minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues or risks
  • Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of services

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role
  • Preferred background as a carpenter or similar trade background
  • Multi-skilled experience across building maintenance disciplines
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude
