As an experienced Workshop Carpenter, you will take a lead role in the production of premium, custom-built furniture. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations within the workshop, overseeing a team of carpenters, and ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of finish and precision. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with deep experience in fine furniture making and the ability to guide and support a skilled team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in high‑end furniture, carpentry and joinery
• Must be experienced in Cabinet Making
• Strong ability to lead, manage, and mentor workshop teams
• Expert craftsmanship with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship
