As part of the Executive Office, you’ll be working closely with the CEO in a high-impact role that supports the organisation’s mission and growth.

Your new role
As Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary to the CEO, you will be the trusted right hand to the Chief Executive Officer, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare communications, and act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, organising executive meetings and events, and maintaining efficient office systems.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).
  • Experience managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Desirable attributes include a proactive mindset, emotional intelligence, and familiarity with board governance and corporate communications.

What you'll get in return
