Your new role

A leading Irish building contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the public and private sectors. Based in Galway, the company is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2–5 years of experience in a similar administrative or construction-related role.
  • Qualification or experience in Business Administration, Construction Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); InDesign experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tendering platforms (e.g., eTenders) and structured online systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or professional services environment is an advantage.
