Overview

We’re hiring an experienced ERP Specialist to lead the implementation, optimisation, and administration of ERP systems across a multinational organisation. You’ll work closely with finance, IT, and operations teams to align ERP functionality with business goals and support data integration with BI and data warehouse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation and upgrades across multiple sites

• Manage vendor relationships and project delivery

• Coordinate user testing, data migration, and training

• Administer ERP systems and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure seamless data flow to BI and data warehouse teams

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years ERP experience (manufacturing preferred)

• German language skills a Plus

• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Familiarity with data warehousing; Power BI a plus

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
