Your new company

Our client is a leading provider of healthcare products, services, and technical solutions supporting healthcare professionals and patients across Ireland. Due to continued growth within their service operations team, they are now looking for an Engineering Administrator to join their organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Your new role

You will play a key role in supporting a team of field-based engineers, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and customers receive a high standard of support. Responsibilities will include coordinating service activities, responding to customer and clinician queries, liaising with suppliers, processing orders and invoices, maintaining accurate system records, and helping to ensure service level targets are achieved. This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in an administration, customer service, operations, supply chain, call centre, or similar fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be comfortable working with IT systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. Experience with SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary of €34,000–€35,000, a structured onboarding and training programme, and the opportunity to join a well-established employer within the healthcare sector. Following probation, you will benefit from a hybrid working model, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, income protection, educational assistance, enhanced annual leave, and access to employee wellbeing initiatives.
