An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale solar project based in Cork. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical site management, particularly within the renewable energy or utility-scale solar sector.

Your new role

• Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of works
• Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance across the site
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation
• Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory and client standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on utility-scale solar or similar electrical infrastructure projects
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., trade certs, degree, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and commissioning processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications
