One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial, IT and related services, is currently seeking a PMO in Central Park/Molesworth Street.

Your new role

We are seeking a Senior PMO to support the development, maintenance, and governance of projects and programmes across all four EIS Platforms, which collectively manage approximately 30 initiatives with a budget of around €20 million. The Senior PMO will ensure adherence to frameworks and methodologies, facilitate communication amongst stakeholders, and support financial and resource management activities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a PMO in a complex, multi-platform environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of PPM Clarity and QlikView tools is essential.
  • Solid financial acumen to manage budgets and resource forecasting effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple initiatives and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and ongoing maintenance of projects and programmes across all EIS Platforms in line with established frameworks and methodologies.
  • Track and update project status, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and benefit registers by engaging with stakeholders. Collate and prepare project status updates for weekly status and pillar meetings.
  • Engage with EIS project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions and accurate reflection of project status.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication to enable efficient information flow within the project team and among relevant stakeholders.
  • Support consolidation and preparation of Steering Committee, Training & Development SMT, EDFM, Pillar Meetings, and weekly project meetings.
  • Provide updates and escalate key project metrics to senior management and the Leadership Team.
  • Assist the Platform Lead and Portfolio Manager in financial tracking and resource management of the four EIS Platforms.
  • Support Project Managers, Programme Managers, Platform Leads, and Portfolio Managers in daily project management tasks.
  • Manage onboarding and continuous review processes for third-party contractors within EIS, including management of Statements of Work (SoWs) and invoice distribution.
  • Support forecasting of resources across both IP (Investment Projects) and Opex-funded initiatives within EIS.
