Your new role

• Investigate and monitor fraud across online payment channels
• Provide support and advice to customers affected by fraud
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve fraud cases
• Daily fraud case management and data analysis
• Work Monday to Friday with flexible shift times (9am–5pm or 10am–6pm).

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in investigations, fraud, complaints, or related areas
• Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous banking experience is a plus but not essential.
