Our client, a respected civil engineering and groundworks contractor, is looking for an experienced Dumper Driver / Groundworker to join their team. They work across a range of residential developments, commercial builds, and infrastructure projects, offering steady work and well‑managed sites.

Your new role

• Operate a forward‑tipping dumper safely and efficiently
• Support groundworks teams with:
  • Drainage installation
  • Footings, foundations, and general site prep
• Assist with manual labour when required

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket
• Strong groundworks experience across civils or construction sites
• Good awareness of site safety and procedures
