Fleet Account Manager – 12 months FTC

Your new role

The Direct Fleet Account Manager plays a vital role in achieving our commercial objectives, focusing on the retention, growth, and profitability of our fleet business.
This role demands a candidate who is highly motivated, dedicated to customer retention and expansion, and possesses the ability to build and nurture valuable relationships with key stakeholders within each assigned account.


The successful applicant will need to develop an in-depth understanding of our customers' businesses, industries, and challenges, with a primary goal of becoming their trusted fleet advisor.
This position is well-suited to individuals who are self-driven to meet challenging yet rewarding monthly business targets. We seek someone with exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills, aiming for successful results.

What you'll need to succeed
•A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vehicle leasing and/or account management
•This role is designated as a Control Function under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity Regime, as defined in the Central Bank Reform Act 2010. The successful candidate must meet the standards of competence, integrity, and financial soundness required by the CBI and will be subject to ongoing due diligence and compliance assessments.
•This is an MCC impacted role and the minimum competency required is APA Loans and Regulations. APA qualification a distinct advantage, but not a requirement, but at a minimum, the successful candidate must be prepared to undertake and pass the APA exams upon appointment and maintain up to date CPD to be maintained.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish fleet market, including key companies, trends, and regulations.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Possession of a full, clean driving licence.

What you'll get in return

This is a fixed-term position. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 2 days a week on site.
A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification level will be offered to the successful candidate.
