Permanent Role – WFO 2 days per week – Digital Transformation

What you'll be working on
In your new Digital Product Owner role, you will be owning the full lifecycle of digital product development from idea to implementation. Your focus will be on crafting seamless digital journeys, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring that every new feature or enhancement aligns with strategic goals. You’ll be the bridge between business and tech, translating needs into clear, actionable plans and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital product ownership or development
  • A strong grasp of current and emerging digital trends
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working in an agile environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
