Your New Role
As Development Manager, you’ll be embedded in a multidisciplinary team responsible for managing large-scale housing projects through all stages of the development lifecycle—from feasibility and planning to procurement and delivery. You’ll coordinate internal and external teams, manage project documentation, and play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years’ experience in property development or a related field
  • A degree in project management, construction, or a related discipline
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of the Irish planning and construction sectors
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
