Development Lead - Full Construction Lifecycle

Your New Role
As Development Lead, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of large-scale housing and regeneration projects from concept through to construction commencement. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the commercial and strategic direction of each development. This is a senior leadership role with direct line management responsibilities and a strong focus on early-stage development strategy, planning, and procurement.


What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 15+ years’ experience in property development across the full lifecycle
  • A degree in a construction or development-related discipline (postgraduate qualifications an advantage)
  • Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical understanding of planning, design, and construction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
  • Experience in public procurement and governance processes is desirable.
