We’re hiring a Database & Software Development Engineer to support and enhance our ERP, database, and integration landscape. This role blends SQL administration, ERP support, automation, and software development in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Microsoft SQL Server (performance, backups, security)

• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports

• Support and enhance Epicor ERP (customisation, reporting, integrations)

• Build automation scripts using PowerShell

• Develop applications and APIs (C#, Java/JavaScript, VB.NET)

• Deliver and maintain REST integrations across systems

• Support development using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
  
  Skills & Experience
  

• Strong SQL Server (DBA + development) experience

• Proficiency in SQL optimisation, reporting, and scripting

• Experience with PowerShell automation

• Development experience in C#, Java, or JavaScript

• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrations

• Familiarity with DevOps / Azure tools

• Strong problem-solving skills
  
  Nice to Have
  

• Azure cloud experience

• Epicor ERP expertise (BPM, dashboards, reporting)

• Exposure to manufacturing ERP systems
