Data Coordinator – Quality Maximo | Dublin City/Hybrid | 6 months | €40,000-€50,000

Your new company

As Data Coordinator – Quality Maximo, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6 months. You will have a hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.

Your new role

As Data Coordinator – Quality Maximo, you will contribute to the collection, processing and management of asset data within your new company’s asset management systems.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to, ensuring that asset databases in the relevant systems are maintained and are fit for purpose; efficiently tracking and managing asset and location data throughout the asset lifecycle; reporting; assisting in the setting of operational performance indicators relating to asset data; document management; liaising with stakeholders and general administration.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a busy administrative role involving document management. Experience using an Enterprise Asset Management system such as Maximo or similar is advantageous. The ability to set up ongoing processes and procedures to collect and review information is required. You will have strong IT skills with proficient working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will have excellent time management, organisation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
